By accessing and using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms of service.

ARTICLE 1

We do not allow players to harrass other players, use rude, obscene or obnoxious language. It is the players responsability to make sure they have the right to use any referenced or uploaded information or images. We also may change the rules of the game at any time. Players that do not follow these rules may be terminated from the game without refund.

ARTICLE 2

This game is designed for people to use by displaying the pages in a browser and clicking the buttons or links by hand. Using programs or scripts to play may damage our Game, prevents access for other players, increases our costs and is not allowed. Any player who we detect is using such scripts or programs can have their account blocked and all their content deleted.

You specifically acknowledge that soliciting other Starbooker users to join or become members of any commercial online service or other organization or group (profit, non-profit, social, political, or otherwise) is expressly prohibited.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name(s), password(s), and your account, as well as all activities that occur under your account.

ARTICLE 7

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Starbooker, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to the site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you. Starbooker reserves the right to assume, at its sole expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Starbooker in asserting any available defenses.

ARTICLE 8

Starbooker operates and controls the Site from its office in France. Starbooker makes no representation that the Site is appropriate or available in other locations. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

ARTICLE 9

Registering is free. The members can buy credits if they want to get results faster or use more actions for their stars.
