Your stars must be numerous AND famous ! Don't accept poor candidates that will never make it to stardom, they would have a negative impact on make popularity.

Your stars must have enough time to eat and to get rest. Don't overbook their schedules ! They could die from exhaustion... They should take dance, acting and singing lessons in order to perform better during their auditions.

Plan well balanced schedules. Cherry pick the project they should engage in. The best projects will generate good fame, the worst ones will end up in shame.
